Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) allows Microsoft 365 global administrators to define permissions and restrict access to specific nBold features for different groups of users. This guide outlines how to manage and assign roles within the nBold app.

Managing RBAC Settings

  1. Accessing the Settings page

    • Navigate to the Settings tab in the nBold app.

    • Go to the RBAC section.

  2. Assigning Roles

    • Click on Add Role.

    • Search for users by name or email and assign the desired role.
