Why we built it – the pain we solve

As Microsoft Teams usage explodes, most organisations face the same headache. Users often face too many teams with no clear context, forcing them to guess a workspace’s purpose. Search results return dozens of near-identical teams, making it difficult to know which one to open. Important projects and critical deal rooms easily sink to the bottom as new teams keep appearing. This is why we built a new home for your teams.

Feature Highlights

  1. Clickable metadata pills – The most frequent labels appear as clickable pills. One click filters your teams; click again to clear.

  2. Free-text × metadata search – Combine a keyword with one or more pills for precise results.

  3. Favorites – Pin any team with ♥. Favorites stay at the top across Teams desktop, web, and mobile.

  4. Live grid refresh – Results update in less than a second, no page reload needed.

Clickable metadata pills

The most frequent labels float to a pill bar; click once to filter, click again to clear. Here on this example below, only small deal related teams are displayed.

Free‑text × metadata search

Combine keyword search with one or more pills for laser‑focused results. In this example I search all the teams with "Project" as a keyword.

And then here I select the Metadata Filter to filter.

And here I select the category of Countries that are in Europe.
