Getting Started

Follow these steps in order. Each link opens the corresponding article in the nBold Success Center.

  1. Check prerequisites & grant tenant consent – verify your Microsoft 365 tenant meets the requirements and grant organisation‑wide consent to the app. First Install ↗

  2. Assign or switch the Service Account – designate a licensed service account that will create every new team. Service Account setup ↗

  3. (Optional) Publish the Home App – give users a branded landing page for your templates. Home App guide ↗

  4. Create your first template – turn a structured team into a reusable template. Create a template from scratch ↗

  5. Import a ready‑made template – use a template from the Gallery to start faster. Template Gallery ↗

  6. Apply governance policies – control naming, ownership, privacy, lifecycle and more. Governance Policies collection ↗

  7. Createe you first team - Go to "my teams", hit "Create", choose the Template, feel the form and click "Create"
